Both Umeed and Sankalp Humara are the wonderful Non-Government Organisations doing great job in social work.
I would suggest you that if you just want to join them for boosting up your CV and not for any experience and learning then there's no point of joining either of them.
Being a part of any of them is a great responsibility so do join any of them and work for noble cause.
