Hey!
if you are unable to login NTA portal then you must have some network issue or their portal may get crash. for this you don't need to panic just wait for 2-3 days their will everything be alright and you will get your solution . if it still don't work you should move to their helpdesk and complain on it.

Hey Aspirant,
There may be network issue or many students are trying to login, try to login during night time.
Even then if its not working, then call on number they have given for help.
