Unable to login or Retrieve password of FMGE applicant portal

I hope you are entering the same User ID that was sent to you via Email and SMS. If you have submitted the application form and taken the printout of the form after successful registration then you have the proof. In this case, the credentials should work. As you have mentioned, you have already contacted the National Board of Examinations (NBE), it is advised to wait for the response. Attach the prinout of the form in the mail. In addition, if you have received an email upon submission of scanned documents then a copy of the same can also be attached in the mail.

There have been complaints of the same nature. I would suggest you to wait for couple of hours before you retry. The helpline usually responds in 24-72 hours. As you have already mailed them, I would suggest you to wait to hear from them. Alternatively you can reach out to their helpline at +91-11-455930000, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm..
