Hey,
The minimum eligibility for NEET is that the candidate should be 17 years old as on 31 December 2020. So, if your age will be 17+ on or before this date, then you can apply. Otherwise, you won't be eligible. If you are underage, then there is no other way you can apply for NEET.
There is no upper age limit till supreme court passes any descision regarding the same.
