The official cut-offs for this year have not been declared by the medical colleges yet, however, we can get an estimate of approximate cut-off using previous years' cut-off trends.
You have not mentioned your category so I'm assuming you belong to the general category, you have definitely qualified NEET exam but your chances of getting a government medical college are extremely low because the cut-off is usually above 500-550 marks in government colleges for general category students.
However, you can try for private medical colleges as your chances are good there. If you're willing to pay a substantial amount of money for your MBBS then you can definitely go for private colleges.
Other than this, you can try for other courses like BAMS, BHMS, etc and see if your interest lies there.
