Hello,
No university offers btech on the basis of class 10th marks as BTech is an undergraduate course so it is mandatory to pass class 12th to pursue btech, minimum eligibility criteria to pursue BTech is that the candidate must have passed their 10+2 with physics, chemistry and mathematics as compulsory subjects.
Also the diploma holders in engineering are eligible to take lateral entry admission in BTech course.
