Dear aspirant....!!
Upkar book covers topics but you need to have basics very clear before studying cause once you read theory in it you may or may be able to answer questions correctly.Rather their question bank is not upto CSIR level
Best way is to read reference books have clear understanding and then use these books for overview reading .Solve previous years papers cause CSIR may look easy but it plays gimixs when in exam hall .So get friendly with question pattern & syllabus .
