Uploaded my documents...clicked submit...showed error...called helpdesk...but still facing issues... please can anyone help

Dear Rocky,
Did you upload the image of the signature as it is required while filling the application form? The signature photograph should be of Maximum 80 Kb in JPG/JPEG format. Please check if all your documents are uploaded correctly.

Dear AmitaYes. Prior to uploading the documents, i had uploaded the signature and the passport photograph in the required format with the required size. I have an issue where after uploading my degree documents and when I clicked submit, it shows an error signature required

Dear Rocky, However you might have tried these already, but still I am making a few suggestions you could try: Assuming it is correct and there is some problems in the signature, try uploading another signature in required dimensions, size and format. Remember the size should not go above 80 kb, dimensions should be 6*3 cm and format should be jpg or jpeg.Try logging in through another browser, such as IE, Mozilla and others, and submit your form. Try using mobile phone interface to submit (if it works). Sometimes, it happens that all the 'compulsory' fields are not filled and thus the system shows error. It might be showing the message saying signature by default. So, recheck all your fields and see if you have filled all the compulsory fields as required. If all else fails and you are convinced you have not made any mistakes, fill another form, while you have the time. I hope it helps. Good Luck!
