uploaded my photo without date so please tell me solution

Hey,
Your question is incomplete and you have also not mentioned about the name of the exam form you have filled.
See there is no problem untill it's specifically written to submit a photo with date on it. In most of the cases even if it given to write the date on the photo they don't mind submitting the photo without date.
If they will find it wrong they will mail you with the correction link on you registered email id. Or else you can wait till the correction window opens. Then you can edit your photo and upload the correct one.
