Yes, you are eligible to apply for UPPSC even if you are a candidate from Maharashtra. The only benefit you can not avail is the reservation benefit and the other relaxations given to the UP domiciled candidates in age, etc. But, any candidates from any state can apply for UPPSC and will be eligible for recruitment through UPPSC.
