Hi Dear,

The UPSC medical exam is scheduled to be held in 22 October 2020 for now. Following documents are required for filling UPSC medical exam form:

Scanned images of photograph & signature.
Photo-identity card in PDF format.
Bank details for online transaction.
Mark sheet of Class 10 and 12.
Category Certificate
