upsee counselling 2018 i have choose float option in 1st round for upgradation in 2nd round but result is same . Can i put it on float again

Whether you will get an upgradation will depend on whether someone ranked above you gives up his/her seat for another; so there is no guarantee.
Yes, you should be able to select the float option again in Round 2.

Same case with me there is no option of float after 2nd round seat allotment . What should I do?
