Uptu colleges govt. in 65% jee general. preferred branches: computer IT mechanical electrical.

It is hard to get government college as per your percentage in jee, and CSE  course also difficult to get. You can do one think you can get addmission in engineering in your local area engineering college. Or also get other privet college as per your rank.

The other option is you can wait for next jee exam.
