Following are the expected cutoffs for VITEEE 2019 :
1) Computer science and engineering : under 6000 at VIT VELLORE Campus
2) Information Technology : under 10,000 at Vellore
3) Computer science and Engineering. (Specialisation in Bioinformatics) : under 12,000 at Vellore
4) Computer Science Engineering.(Specialization in Information Security) : under 7000 at Vellore
5) Computer Science Engineering : under 12,000 at Chennai

As you can see, you've nearly no chances of getting a seat in your desired branch at desired College.
So you may try for a different branch.
Or try at VIT BHOPAL and VIT AMARAVATI campuses.
