You can fill in the application form both offline and offline. If you want to fill the application form offline, it will cost you Rs.1250. You can get the application form from designated list of post offices available at the page https://vit.ac.in/BTechAdmissions/ by producing a DD of Rs. 1250 in the favour of "Vellore Institute of Technology".

You can also apply online at https://viteee.vit.ac.in (https://viteee.vit.ac.in/?utm_source=VIT&utm_campaign=viteee2020) through web mode by paying an application fees of Rs.1150. It is Rs.1150 for General Candidates. You can also fill the online application through Mobile app mode using the link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=edu.vit.viteee for Rs.1050.
