Yes you should. No negative marking. Go for it. Relative grading amongst slot people is followed.

Since there is no negative marking in the VITEEE .So you can attempt full question paper ..
Firstly attempt those questions which you know surely after completing that than go for other questions which you don't know.. and it is better to attempt full question paper when there is no negative marking. It increases your chances of getting higher marks..
