Poonam, you haven't mentioned the entrance examination you are enquiring about. Nevertheless in general, finger prints do not get affected by external applications like what you mentioned. If you have atleast a week for the examination to take place, the design will fade away giving clarity for the finger prints. So do not worry about that. Just make sure that you press the biometric device a little harder for the device to identify your finger prints. You should be fine.
