If you are asking on what courses you should do for a career in VLSI then you need to first get a B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Information Science Engineering / Instrumentation / Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent degree. To join in a good Engineering college, you need to appear for JEE Mains, and the JEE Adavnce for IITs.

After this you can go for M.Tech with specialisation in VLSI, for which you need to appear for the GATE exam.

There are also dual-degree engineering program like the one offered at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
