Void Contract and voidable contract kya hai
Hello aspirant,
A contract that is void from the start and has no legal force behind it is called a void contract. Since the law cannot enforce it, no party may assert their rights under it.
Unless one party decides to terminate it because of specific legal defects, a voidable contract remains valid and enforceable. The contract may be rejected or enforced by the impacted party.
Thank you
