Hello!
Since you're in creamy layer you don't need to provide obc certificate.
Only people less than 8 lakh per annum limit people is considered to be non creamy OBC category.
So to avail all the benefits they need to show certificate.
And that non creamy layer certificate is valid for 1 year only.
