AIEEE (All India Engineering Entrance Examination ) is no more there, it was replaced by JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Mains in 2013. Therefore, both AIEEE and JEE Mains are same .
Now, coming to your question, it is no more a subjective paper. All the questions are Multiple Choice based (MCQs). However, long ago, during the early stages of AIEEE, it used to be subjective, but not anymore.
