was does mean CIWG; it is for the candidate studying in foregn-Gulf country only or for the candidate whoes perents working in gulf country? please explain

CIWG scheme is generated by ministry of india for the children of indian workers in gulf countries who is looking admission to premier indian institutes.The scheme is specifically applicable for students in saudiarbia, oman, bahrain, kuwait, dubai and abudhabi.There will be 1/3rd reservation of seats.If the seats are not filled in spot round 1/3rd willbe converted to2/3rd.
