Was the aryan invasion a myth or a reality

Hey,
If we consider the vedas and the available artifacts found by historians we can say that Aryan Invasion is not myth or reality.
It is mentioned in Rig ved as destroyer of cities in some places which resembles the Aryan invasion and historians have found archaeological stuff of foreign matter in the Indus valley which suggest the Aryan invasion.
