Focus more on the areas that has more weight age their areas from which most of the questions come.
In physics, practice more and more numericals and try to improve your speed.
In Chemistry, understand how a particular kind of reaction takes place and then solve questions based on that.
Chemistry is a scoring subject so take advantage of it.
Finish the syllabus in time and do multiple revisions
Make a timetable and stick to it with discpline and dedication.
