We are living in Bihar for more than 2 decade but never owned any land or house of our own. We stayed in rented house in the same house more than8 yrs. Can my daughter opt for EWS certificate?we have our voter ld aadhar PANand other documents with us.

You can definitely apply for EWS,here I am giving you the eligibility criteria -
- Applicant from general category.
- Family income below 8 lakhs INR or as per state norms.
- Family owned agricultural land less than 5 acres.
- Residential flat owned by family which is less than 1000 sq.ft.
- Residential plot less than 100 sq. Yards and 200 sq. Yards in selected municipalities as per the state norms.
