We can choose our centre which we need

Yes you can choose your centre as you need, according to your prefrence, location and  availability. There is no issue regarding choosing your centre in any exam.

If you are from the state of Maharashtra, you don't have to select an exam centre as it will be allotted based on the district from where you have passed your 10+2 exam.

However if you belong to outside Maharashtra, you do have to select a convenient exam centre from the available options.
