we can go through CA after btech or degree as you we have to appear for the november exam then one year will be wasted if not getting into it

Look,.you can certainly study CA after B.Tech or any degree. But you will have to start from CA Foundation. But if you study B.Com (//B.Com) in your degree instead of B.Tech or any other Degree and you score 55-60% in your B.Com, then you can skip CA Foundation and appear for CA Intermediate direct via direct entry. That way you skip 1 level.
