There is no need to write separate exam for each college which are affiliated and give seats based on the results of mhtcet.

The MHTCET will conduct a counselling and based on the ranks seats were allocated to the students in the afflicted colleges.

However there were some private universities which will not consider the MHTCET results and they conduct their own entrance tests for the admission.
