I'm sorry but you certainly can't do that. Starting from this year NTA is going to conduct the NEET examination. And as per their bulletin; they are governing the whole Medical system of India in one exam. Let it be AIIMS, JIPMER or any MBBS seat; these are all going to be filled through your mark and rank.

But, the counseling procedure for each department will be differently done. AIIMS and JIPMER will launch their own bulletin regarding this a bit later.

No from this year AIIMS seats will be filled by NTA only through NEET exam. So you need not apply for both and aiims notification will not come. As aiims seats will be filled by NEET exam so you will have to apply for NEET exam to get a medical seat. So AIIMS and NEET will be one under NEET, no need for seperate application.

No,there is no separate registration for AIIMS this time.Registration for NEET exam alone is sufficient and the admission into all medical institutes is done based on the NEET score.All the best!!
