we will get the total CTC mentioned there after completion of training or from the start?

During training we don't get complete ctc because during the training period we get only some part say if your ctc is 3 lakhs then it will be 25k per month. So you will get 15k max. Also after training we undergo some cuttings like pf. Also in some companies which offer residence facilities the cutting will be more due to charge on residential providence.
