Wen registered for ielts we get a preparation material ..will the exam questions only have questions mentioned in the preparation material?

Well the Study material that you have received is for practice purpose and the pattern of the real exam is going to be the same as the practice tests in the material given to you. The questions will obviously be different and you need to use it as a referral for preparing for the main exam.
