Here's what eligibility criteria for JEE says:
West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development is approved by AICTE and if you have done a valid course from this board then you are eligible for JEE..

- Class 12 or equivalent exam conducted by a recognized Central or State board like ICSE, CBSE, CISCE etc.
- Intermediate or Pre-Degree Course exam or Pre-University Course conducted by any of the recognized Board/University.
- H.S.C - Vocational examination
