Your question is not clear. But I am trying to answer.
Basically, in engineering the odd semester starts from july or August, and ends in December meaning the odd semester exam ends in December.
And in case of even semester, the classes start from mid of January and even semester session ends in mid of June.
Though the session timings varies from institute to institute.

Would you like to tell that which college information did you want to know. Literally an engineering college should start from in the month of July. Casual from starting of July or in the mid of July.
