Hello Chhavi, The placements in ESIC is average rated. This college makes the students sign a bond stating that students who have signed this bond have to work at ESIC for 2 years after the completion of their course. The bond also states that the students who fail work for two years will have to pay 10 lakhs to the management. They offer medical officer roles in this way. BEST WISHES!
