Hello Kamlesh!
After giving exam, results will be announced on the official website of NTA. You must go to NEET results section and then enter your login credentials. Login credentials will be your application number and the password. Remember to use same password. If you have forgotten it, you can reset the password. You will get a link to your registered email id to do so.
Once you fill those details, you can see your score card. Download the soft copy of the same.
The next process is counselling. NTA will announce the counselling dates and you need to register for counselling. The details will be put up on the portal of NTA. After registering you have to attend counselling on the scheduled date. Dates will be given to students as per their ranks. During counslling you have to get your relevant documents verified.
Then you have option entry process where you choose your preferred colleges. Within the deadline you can edit your choice too. Later seat allocation results will be announced. There are 3 rounds of allocation. If you are alloted a seat and are satisfied with it, you need to visit the college for admission within the due date and pay the fees.
Note that you also have to pay counselling fee as per mentioned in their guidelines.
Hope this helps you!
