To get top marks in public exam i think you mean about competitive Examination. For that you must have right Strategy and roadmap. You must also do hardwork then only you can get good marks. Hardwork and consistency will pay you. So for any public exam you can get good marks when you know all the things you need to study and focus on achieving the goal.
