There are a variety of courses that you can do after which you will have a job with a great salary. Jobs related to engineering field that have a great salary-

1. ETHICAL HACKING

Hacking is the process of finding vulnerabilities in a system and using these found vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized access into the system to perform malicious activities ranging from deleting system files to stealing sensitive information. Hacking can be legal if done with permission. Computer experts are often hired by companies to hack into their system to find vulnerabilities and weak endpoints so that they can be fixed. This is done as a precautionary measure against legitimate hackers who have malicious intent. Such people, who hack into a system with permission, without any malicious intent, are known as ethical hackers.

An expert ethical hacker can have a salary of Rs 23,44,484 per annum!

2. MACHINE LEARNING (DATA SCIENCE)

Machine Learning is one of the greatest career choices today. Machine Learning engineers have to design and implement Machine Learning applications/algorithms such as clustering, anomaly detection, classification, or prediction to address business challenges.

While Data Engineers develop custom analytics applications and software components. Data engineers collect and store data, do real-time or batch processing, and serve it for analysis to data scientists via an API.

An experienced person in this field earns between Rs 874,691 to Rs 60,000,00 per year

Degree required- Bachelors in mathematics/economics/statistics, Bachelors in Computer Science (along with other skills such as Machine Learning Algorithms and Libraries, Software Engineering and System Design etc.)

3. IIT JEE & COMPETETIVE EXAMS COACHING FACULTY

You might not believe it but some of these expert teachers are earning more than CEOs. In fact, this is not only for engineering entrance exams such as JEE or GATE, if you are an expert in any field and have a niche for teaching, but you can also earn a lot (even in crores!).

Many of the average but experienced faculty get more than Rs 25,00,000 per annum which is way more than the average domestic salary of IIM grads.

Degree required- Bachelors/Masters with great marks (a reputed college helps)

Some engineering departments are still not so popular like other departments but they have good career opportunities.You can try for instrumentation,applied electronics,sound engineering etc.So you can check this options.It also have good placement opportunities.Best of luck.
