Isoelectronics are two ions/ atoms / molecules which has same number of valence electrons and same number of electronic structure.
The term Isoelectronics means that equal charge or equal electric.
For example, Na+ and F– which is an Isoelectronic pair. The electronic configuration of this Isoelectronic pair is 1s² 2s² 2p.
