I am answering this after a detailed research regarding this topic...
As of year 2021 there are 4 types of seats in a private collage regarding pg in Andhra Pradesh
They are:
1) convener quota(govt quota) fee 4lakhs per year
2) management quota OR S1 (subcategory 1) : fee 8 lakh/year
3)NRI QUOTA OR S2(sub category 2) fee 50 lakh/ year
4) institutional quota or S3 (sub category 3) fee 50lakh/year

S1 stands for Management Quota, S2 stands for NRI quota and S3 stands for Institutional Quota. While Management and NRimI quotas are self explanatory, Institutional quota is the Government Quota in Private Medical Colleges. Every Private Medical College has a set of seats that are filled in through State Counselling.
