I'll suggest you to take year drop and prepare well next year. If not possible then you can choose many colleges as suggested in another answers. I'll suggest to go for Thapar university.

If you can't get any college through JOSAA then you may take a year drop and prepare for IIT once again.

In north India there are many private colleges available....some of them are Galgotias college of engineering,silicon,cv raman,Chandigarh university,lpu,gl bajaj,iem,heritage,jadavpur university,ak garg,kiet....and many more just google it ....
