Also, you will not only have the option of opening a laboratory of your own or getting involved with a clinic of your choice, but also the chance to work with physicians, medical technologists or hospital administrations both at the Government and Private levels. The only pro or con in this field of medicine, depending on how you look at it, is that you will spend more time in the lab behind a microscope and other such equipment than in interacting with patients.
