A 10th passed candidate can pursue the following courses from NIELIT.
NIELIT CCC Plus - 126 hours
Certificate course in soft skills and communicative English - 80 hours
Certificate course in mobile repair and maintenance - 80 hours
Certificate course in repair and maintenance of medical electronics equipment - 144 hours

There is Diploma in CSE or IT you can do after 10th class which needs 45% in science and maths both. It is a 3 year program.
Apart from this there are certificate courses which you can do like in computer application and networking which is for 6 months duration.
