There are some books from which you can prepare:

Physics:

Hc Verma
Dc Pandey
Mishra
Ie erodove
Chemistry:
NcerN
Rc Mukherjee
P bahadur( only read relevant topics)

And along with it you should solve questions bank of any one good institute ( Allen ; fitjee; Bansal etc ) and should take a rest series which analysis you time to time.
And do not follow all books simultaneously ; first go through one book than move to another.
