What are the best courses after 12 PCB students in biology?? Im confused help me..

BSC. IN BOTANY AND ZOOLIGY :

So as you said you are a little bit confused so let me tell you that there are many ways in which you can build your career after 12th with PCB as your subject.
I am writing those thing pointwise below
1. Medical line
You can do mbbs after your 12th as you have biology as your main subject. And for this, you have to qualify NEET or else AIIMS exam.
2. Agricultural study
You can study BSc agriculture by qualifying the ICAR exam or the different state level exam such as OUAT entrance exam.
There are other subjects too in which you can study after qualifying ICAR such as
Forestry
Horticulture
Fishery
Sericulture
Community science etc
3. BSc lines
You can pursue your graduation in different subjects as your honors paper such as zoology, botany, chemistry etc. For this, you just have to apply on different colleges and you can take admission on the basis of the merit list selection.
4. Integrated PG programming
You can appear some national level entrance exams such as NEST or KVPY and can study in the institute like IISER, NISER & IISc.
There are also other ways to pursue your career such as defence line by applying NDA or directly applying forms, fashion designing by appearing NIFT, it else hotel management, etc etc
But the main thing is your choice and dream which you have seen to be. Or else the strong field where you can do better in your career. Choose like wise then only you can do better.

After PCB in 10+2 you can of course opt for medical stream which is oviously conventional. But if you are not interested in going to the medical field then you can also opt for the below listed fields:
- Microbiology - Deals with Microorganisms and their interaction with other organisms like humans, animals, plants etc. Job scopes includes lab researcher, Working in the phermaceutacal industry etc. Some colleges which provide this course are Delhi University, Osmania University etc.
- Botany - Deals with plants and their related processes. Job scopes includes teacher/professor, horticulturist, landscape industry as an environment consultant, etc. Some colleges which provide this course are Delhi University, Christ University, St. Xavier's College, etc.
- Zoology - Deals with animals and their processes. Some colleges which provide this course are Delhi University etc.
- Genetics - Deals with the study of genes and their related functions. Job scopes include DNA analyst in forensic department, immunologist, etc. Some colleges which provide this course are Osmania University etc.
- Biotechnology - Deals with utilising microorganisms into Technology to provide better facilities like cleaner fuel, improving crop yield, developing medicines, etc. Some colleges which provide this course are Christ University, Loyola College etc.
