It is so great that you want to persue your career in your hobby. There are various job opportunities for calligraphers abailable in printing shops, publishing houses, greeting card companies, graphic design firms etc. Calligraphers job profile may differ depending on the company they work for. However, their major task is to make documents, invitations, or other printed pieces of the company look distinguised and prominent.

Weddingn/Greeting card compinies are one of the biggest employers of caligraphy services who hire calligraphers to create their client's invitation cards.

Calligraphers are often self-employed and work as freelancers. However, it's a good practive to work for an established firm at begining to gain some experience.

Talking about the courses, there are very few courses offered for calligraphy in India.
