What are the chances of fresh allotment in second round of M.p NEET counselling. I didn't get any college in 1st round.pls help

I think there are chances to get a seat in second round of counselling as there would be some exchanges after first round.
But we can not be sure as sometimes there would be no changes after the first counselling.
