Hi Deepak,
As per the directives of The Supreme Court of India, NEET is the onle and only eligibility test for Admission to any Medical College, be it Government, Private or Deemed Colleges. Your admission to any college will be based on your NEET score only, none of the colleges take admission based on your 12th result.
Your 12th result might help you in improving the rank only. But in order to get admission into any medical college, you need to score very good in NEET exam.
