See Savita , here you need to understand that getting the engineering college is not the big issue because definitely you will get the one but getting a preferred College is the big task. As you said you have the rank range of 90k then in such case you have the fair chances to takeover the government college's in your respective state based upon the variation in the branch wise rank at the counselling.

Based upon your rank that is 90k it might be somewhat harder for you to take the admission across the various GFTI Institute's because generally the closing rank of top ranking institutes will start from 50k till 80k and even it goes beyond also then in such case as well it will be harder for you to take the preferred branch in the respective GFTI.
So, better try to focus on the State Government engineering colleges across your state.
