Through JEE Main you can take admission in NITs/IIITs and GFTIs.
If you want you can prepare for JEE Advanced exam to take admission in IITs.
There are many private colleges as well which offer admission on the basis of JEE Main exam. In order to apply you have to seperately apply for the colleges.
