Hello,
If you are a general category student then you have very low chances of getting admission in any government colleges.However, you can expect admission in top private colleges through state counselling like Silicon,Galgotias,Heritage,JEC,etc.

Your percentile is good.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have a tough chance to get Medium ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Raipur, NIT Rourkela,etc.Even if you get it you might get lower branches.
You can get higher branches in lower ranked NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Hamirpur, NITs from North-east,etc
You can also get some IIITs such as IIIT Jabalpur, IIIT Nagpur, IIIT kancheepuram,etc.
